Hi, I am Paul Williams, I have been a building engineer for 11 years in the DFW metroplex. I have supported multiple property management companies in over 30 building in my 11 years. I have supported properties ranging from 50K - 1 million+ square feet. I am co-founder of a co-op for building engineers and operations, we are focused on developing men and woman to better serve the industry through contacts, education and social activities.

Chiller Replacment
JLL – Kimberly Clark World Headquarters

Replaced a 250 ton original 1993 centrifugal chiller with new mag bearing chiller. After original chiller showed signs of degradation during annual inspection. Successfully orchestrated new chiller from start to finish in 3 weeks. While maintaining operations. Help create business case for client to describe reasoning for replacement rather than repair.

Building Automation upgrade
Transwestern

Successfully created action plan to upgrade building automation in 800,000 sqft. high rise building. Plan involved phasing, starting by creating a back bone with locations for future connectivity. Created requirements for incoming tenants to upgrade their floors as part of any build out. Understanding and laying out plan to control an unautomated central plant.
