For the past 13 years, I have worked in high-rise office property operations keeping business phones and internet running reliably for tenants across complex, multi-tenant environments. This experience built a strong ISP mindset: identify the root cause quickly, understand the environment holistically, and restore service with minimal downtime.

A graduate of MyComputerCareer with specialized training in Information Technology Security and Administration, I've spent years tinkering with everything from routing and switching to server environments, virtualization, and home lab setups. If it moves packets, authenticates users, or negotiates a handshake — I'm interested.
